INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the interest amount payable for GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES
LIMITED and that as a result of the interest declaration relating to GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared an interest amount of 42.16 cents per share instalment that is payable
on Monday, 21 August 2006.
The last day to trade cum interest is Friday, 11 August 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex interest from Monday, 14 August 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 18 August 2006.
