DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Alpiet
Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Alpiet") purchased 25 000 Premium linked units at a
price of 830 cents per linked unit, with a total value of R207 500 on 25 July
2006.
Alec Wapnick, Premium"s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
36.66% of the share capital of Alpiet. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick each have an indirect beneficial holding of
31.66% of the share capital of Alpiet respectively. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
