DECLARED DIVIDEND AND INTEREST DISTIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GRTIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Growthpoint
Properties Limited have declared a dividend of 0.04 cents per share and an
interest distribution of 42.16 cents per debenture payable on Monday, 21 August
2006 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close
of business on Friday, 18 August 2006.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRTIDA,
will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited dividend of 0.04 cents per share
and an interest distribution of 42.16 cents per debenture on Monday, 21 August
2006 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the
holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend
and interest distribution) in order to participate in the dividend and interest
distribution will be Friday, 11 August 2006.
GRTIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend and
interest distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 14 August
2006, and the record date will be Friday, 18 August 2006.
