REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the twenty-third annual general meeting of the shareholders of Medi-Clinic
held on 27 July 2006, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the
ordinary resolutions and a special resolution proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
Shareholders are further advised that Prof W P Esterhuyse has retired as an
independent non-executive director of Medi-Clinic with effect from 28 July 2006.
