Resignation of Director
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, African Dawn herewith
announces the resignation of Mr. Jac van Niekerk as a non-executive director
with effect from 28 July 2006.
The Board of directors of African Dawn would like to thank Mr. Van Niekerk for
his contribution to African Dawn.
