TERMINATION OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER"S EMPLOYMENT
The Board of Directors of Johncom has lost confidence in its Chief Executive
Officer, Mr. Connie Molusi. Accordingly, Mr. Molusi"s employment with Johncom is
to be terminated forthwith.
Johncom and Molusi could not reach agreement on the reasons for the Board"s loss
of confidence in Molusi and his ability to lead the Company.
