RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 10 July 2006, with regard to
inter alia the ratification of the disposal of the BPM Business of Integrear
Systemflo (Pty) Limited, a subsidiary of Integrear, and the repayment of capital
to shareholders ("transactions"), and are advised that the requisite majority of
shareholders have ratified and/or approved the resolutions tabled at the general
meeting today to give effect to the transactions.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 11 July 2006 with regard to
the salient dates for the capital repayment and are advised that the dates
referred to in the announcement are still applicable.
