CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF METBOARD
Pursuant to Metboard"s becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Growthpoint
Properties Limited ("Growthpoint") upon the implementation on 21 August 2006 of
the scheme of arrangement between Metboard and its linked unitholders other than
Growthpoint, further announcements in respect of which were published by
Metboard and Growthpoint on 27 July 2006, Investec Bank Limited is authorised to
announce the resignations of the following non-executive Directors of Metboard,
with effect from the close of business on Friday, 28 July 2006:
