Further to the announcements relating to the above acquisition that were issued
on 4 April 2006, 5 April 2006 and 14 July 2006, Tiger Brands is pleased to
confirm that the agreement relating to the acquisition of the entire issued
share capital of Bromor Foods (Pty) Limited by Tiger Food Brands Limited has
been implemented.
The effective date of the transaction is 1 August 2006.
