DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KMB SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA RESOURCES
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to KUMBA
RESOURCES LIMITED (KMB) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 180 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday,
11 September 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 1 September 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 4 September 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 8 September 2006.
