DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MLA SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MITTAL STEEL SOUTH
AFRICA LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED (MLA) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 143 cents per share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 4 September 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 25 August 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 28 August 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 1 September 2006.
