RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed at the AGM of Ventel held
on Wednesday, 2 August 2006, were passed by the requisite majorities of
shareholders. The special resolution will in due course be lodged for
registration with the registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr Roger Weber has joined the board of
directors of Ventel as an Alternate Director to Mrs G Hamann with effect from 2
August 2006.
