The following director has resigned from the board of directors of Consol:
NAME: Sean David Jagoe
DATE OF RESIGNATION: 4 August 2006
REASON: Mr Sean Jagoe has resigned from the Board of Consol Limited with
immediate effect due to an increase in his other commitments. The Consol board
has accepted his decision with regret and thanks him for his contribution over
the past four years.
