We hereby advise that the Chief Executive Officer of Mittal Steel South Africa,
Mr Davinder Chugh, has been appointed to the management board of Arcelor Mittal.
Mr Chugh has in principle accepted the appointment and will take up his new
responsibility in due course. The date of his departure and his replacement will
be announced once these have been finalised.
