RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions put to members at the
Annual General Meeting held today were approved by the requisite majority
of those present in person or by proxy. The resolutions that were approved
included the special resolution providing general authority to the
directors to repurchase the company"s shares and the ordinary resolution
authorising a capital distribution by way of a reduction of the share
premium account of 59 cents per share ("the distribution") in respect of
the year ended 31 March 2006. Accordingly, the distribution will be payable
to ordinary shareholders recorded in the register as such on 25 August
2006.
In compliance with the requirements of STRATE, the following dates are
applicable:
Last day to trade cum the distribution Friday, 25 August 2006
Date trading commences ex the distribution Monday, 28 August 2006
Record date Friday, 1 September 2006
Date of payment Monday, 4 September 2006
Shares may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 28
August 2006 and Friday, 1 September 2006, both days are inclusive.
