DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, CPA
Property Syndication (Proprietary) Limited ("CPA") purchased 77 000 Octodec
linked units at a price of 1005 cents per linked unit and 22 000 Octodec linked
units at a price of 1004 cents per linked unit with a total value of R994 730 on
4 August 2006.
Alec Wapnick, Octodec"s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
11.70% of the share capital of CPA. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of 11.70%
and 46.60% of the share capital of CPA respectively. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
