Further to the announcements published on SENS on 15 June 2006 and in the press
on 19 June 2006 and the SENS announcement published on 8 August 2006, Amecor
shareholders are advised that negotiations have been terminated.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be
exercised when dealing in their Amecor shares.
