Further to the cautionary announcements dated 2 May 2006 and 21 June 2006 in
relation to the proposed acquisition of Allcare Administrators (Proprietary)
Limited, shareholders are advised that the pro forma financial effects of the
acquisition on the value of the net assets, net tangible assets, historical
earnings and headline earnings per share of IFS are still in the process of
being finalised and will be announced as soon as they are complete. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
