Trading Statement
This trading statement is issued in compliance with the Listings
Requirements (section 3.4(b)) of the JSE Limited.
Iliad and its directors are reasonably certain that earnings and headline
earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2006 are expected to be
between 20% and 22% higher than earnings and headline earnings per share
for the six months ended 30 June 2005.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the company"s auditors.
The results for the six months ended 30 June 2006 are expected to be
published on or about 28 August 2006.
