REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Datatec held at
14:00 today 15 August 2006, all the ordinary and special resolutions, as
proposed in the notice to the annual general meeting, were passed.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
