DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK GROUP
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to STANDARD
BANK GROUP LIMITED (SBK) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 144 cents per share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 18 September 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 8 September 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 September 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 15 September 2006.
