Properties (South Africa): Scheme of Arrangement

Following the approval of the scheme of arrangement between Growthpoint
Properties and Metboard Properties and notification from the Stock Exchange,
FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE/JSE Africa Mid Cap (J201)
Growthpoint Properties (South Africa, ZAE000037669, 6392615) will remain in the
index with an increased shares in issue figure of 899,840,917 and an unchanged
investability weighting of 100%.

FTSE/JSE Africa Small Cap (J202)
Metboard Properties (South Africa, ZAE000014874, 6114950) will be deleted.

FTSE/JSE Africa All Share (J203)
Metboard Properties will be deleted.
Growthpoint Properties will be treated as above.

index with a shares in issue figure of 63,618,676 and an investability weighting
of 75%.

Growthpoint Properties will be treated as above.
Freestone Property Holdings (South Africa, ZAE000060299, B0BBY54) will be added
to the index with a shares in issue figure of 136,207,895 and an investability
weighting of 75%.
