Resignations And Appointments Of Directors
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements Spectrum
Shipping wishes to advise the following board resignations and
appointments:
1. Resignations
The company"s Chairman, Mr Sandile Zungu, has resigned from the Board of
Spectrum, to focus greater attention on his company, Zungu Investments
Company Ltd. Mr David Kelly has resigned to take up other interests.
2. Appointments
The company has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Prince Sifiso
Zulu as a non-executive director of the company and Chairman of the Board
and the appointment of Mr Sean Chisholm, CA(SA) as financial director.
The effective date of these appointments is 15 August, 2006.

financial director of the company and guide the company in a competent,
professional and impartial manner. If the company fails to retain a
Designated Advisor it must make arrangement to appoint a new Designated
Advisor within 10 business days, failing which the company faces suspension
of trading of its securities. If a Designated Advisor is not appointed
within 30 days of its suspension the company faces the termination of its
listing without an offer to minority shareholders.
