CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, Johnnic
shareholders are informed of the following changes to the Board of Directors of
the Company :-
Mr M A Jacobson has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of
the Company with immediate effect.
Mr JA Copelyn, will relinquish his position as Chairman and become the new Chief
Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect, and
Mr MA Golding, a non executive director of the Company, will assume the role of
Chairman of the Board.
The Johnnic Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Jacobson for his services to
