Results of annual general meeting
Unitholders are notified that at the annual general meeting ("the AGM")
held on Friday, 18 August, all the resolutions proposed thereat, save for
the ordinary resolution relating to the general authority granted to the
directors to issue shares for cash, were duly passed by the requisite
majority votes. Ordinary resolution number 7, relating to the authority
granted to directors to issue shares was amended at the AGM, prior to being
approved by unitholders, to limit the authority to a maximum of 5%
(previously 10%) of the company"s authorised shares. The special
resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of Companies
in due course.
