DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 59 400 Octodec linked units at a
price per linked unit of 1080 cents, with a total value of R641 520 on 17 August
2006.
Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect,
beneficial interest in one third of the share capital in Pavburg. Octodec"s
chairman, Alec Wapnick has an indirect, non-beneficial interest in one third of
the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received in terms of
paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
