Resignation of director
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Unitrans wishes to advise that, pursuant to his resignation from
the board of Arch Equity Limited, Mr Desmond Lockey has resigned from the
board of Unitrans, as a non-executive director, with effect from 01
September 2006.
A further announcement will be made at such time as a replacement
appointment to the board is made.
