In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Pavburg Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 200 Octodec linked units
at a price per linked unit of 1100 cents, with a total value of R2 200 on
21 August 2006.Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick each
have an indirect, beneficial interest in one third of the share capital in
Pavburg. Octodec"s chairman, Alec Wapnick has an indirect, non-beneficial
interest in one third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal
was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements.
