DECLARED CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON ASPEN PHARMACARE HOLDINGS LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("APNIDB")
With reference to the Capital Distribution announcement dated 21 August 2006,
the Directors of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited have declared a Capital
Distribution of 62 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 13 November 2006
to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 10 November 2006.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, APNIDB,
will receive a Capital Distribution of 62 cents per security payable on Monday,
13 November 2006. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to
participate in the capital distribution will be Friday, 3 November 2006.
APNIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the capital
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 6 November 2006, and
the record date will be Friday, 10 November 2006.
