accordance with Part VI of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 14 August 2006,
Ospraie Special Opportunities Master Holdings Ltd was interested in 7,142,857
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") and The Ospraie Portfolio Ltd was interested in 10,714,286 Ordinary
Shares. Accordingly their combined interest is 17,857,143 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 8.78 per cent. of the Company"s issued share capital.
The shares are registered in the name of Morstan Nominees Limited.
