CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF GIJIMA AST GROUP LIMITED
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements ("the Listings Requirements"), the following is disclosed:
DIRECTORS: Messrs W Drue and CJ Potgieter
POSITION: Non-Executive directors
EFFECTIVE RESIGNATION DATE: 1 August 2006
REASON: Voluntarily step-down as director as part of the restructuring process
of the company as well as the Board of directors.
Messrs Hans Smith, Chairman of the Board and John Miller, Chief Executive
Officer, as well other members of the Board of Directors would like to express
their sincere thanks for the contributions these directors have individually
made to form the new GijimaAst company as well as for their support during
difficult times.
