Linked unitholders are advised that the distribution per linked unit for   
     the twelve months ended 31 August 2006 is expected to be between 25% and   
     35% higher than that of the prior comparative period.                      
     The results for the year ended 31 August 2006 have not been reviewed and   
reported on by Octodec"s auditors and are expected to be released on or    
     about 18 October 2006.
