shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements were distributed
to shareholders on Saturday and contain no modifications to the reviewed results
which were published on SENS on 26 June 2006.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the twelfth annual general meeting of RAH
shareholders will be held at Aberdeen House, Peter Place Park, 54 Peter Place,
Bryanston, 2021 at 14:00 on Monday, 18 September 2006 to transact the business
as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual
financial statements.
