Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, unitholders are
advised of the following changes to the Board of Makalani ("the Board"),
with effect from 28 August 2006:
Mr Derek Neil Prout-Jones has resigned as a non-executive director from the
Board.
Mr Herman Bosman has been appointed as a non-executive director to the
Board.
Mr Michael Grant Field has resigned as an alternate non-executive director
to Mr Derek Neil Prout-Jones from the Board.
Mr Robert James Childerstone Hamer has been appointed as an alternate non-
executive director to Mr Herman Bosman to the Board.
