notice is hereby given that M H Franklin, an executive director of Tiger
Brands, has disposed of 24 381 ordinary shares of 10 cents each in Tiger
Brands Limited, being shares that were beneficially held by M H Franklin.
24 381 shares were disposed of on 29 August 2006 at the price reflected
hereunder:

In accordance with the provisions of clause 3.66 of the Listings
