affiliates including Capital Research and Management Company that as at 23
August 2006, Capital Research and Management Company and the American Variable
Insurance Series - Global Small Capitalization Fund were interested in
10,715,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 4.78 per cent. of the Company"s
issued share capital.
The aforementioned shares are registered in the name of State Street Nominees
Limited.
