SALIENT DATES AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 27 July 2006, and are
advised that the circular to shareholders with respect to the amendment
to articles of association, the conversion of the `A" preference shares
to `B" preference shares, and the specific issue of 1 000 000 `B"
preference shares to Nedbank Limited, was posted to shareholders of the
company on Tuesday, 29 August 2006.
The general meeting of shareholders in this regard will be held in the
boardroom of Vining Camerer, ground floor, 43 Wierda Road West, Wierda
Valley, at 10:00am on Wednesday, 20 September 2006.
