DECLARATION OF SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that a special dividend of 200 cents per ordinary share
has been declared by the directors of Reunert as the current current level of
cash is surplus to the requirements of the Company.
The salient dates for the dividend are as follows:
Last date to trade ordinary shares `CUM" dividend Friday 8 December 2006
Ordinary shares trade `EX" dividend Monday 11 December 2006
Record date Friday 15 December 2006
Payment date Monday 18 December 2006
Ordinary share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday 11 December 2006 and Friday 15 December 2006, both dates inclusive.
