RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES IN RESPECT OF THE
DISTRIBUTION
Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions were passed by the requisite
majorities at the annual general meeting of the company held on 29 August
2006.The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies,
Pretoria for registration.
Distribution
The cash distribution by way of a reduction of share premium of 7 cents per
ordinary share for the six months ended 28 February 2006 ("the distribution"),
was also approved at the annual general meeting and shareholders are reminded of
the following salient dates relating to the distribution:
Declaration date Tuesday, 16 May 2006
Last day to trade "cum" the distribution Friday, 8 September 2006
Shares trade "ex" the distribution Monday, 11 September 2006
Record date Friday, 15 September 2006
Payment to shareholders Monday, 18 September 2006
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
11 September 2006 and Friday, 15 September 2006, both days inclusive.
