Resignation of Director
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, PSV herewith
announces the resignation of Mr. Emilio Ganhao as an executive director
with effect from 1 September 2006.
Emilio has resigned from all positions within the PSV Group to pursue his
other business interests.
