is hereby disclosed that Haven Sandown One (Pty) Limited purchased 377 642
shares in Clientele Life at a price of R12.50 per share in 2003.
Gavin Routledge, Clientele"s non-executive chairman, acquired a beneficial
holding of 50% in Haven Sandown One (Pty) Limited in August 2005.He has an
indirect non-beneficial interest in the remaining 50%. The following sales are
