In the circular to shareholders, dated 09 May 2005 shareholders were advised
that Beget Holdings Limited and Beacham Capital Limited (Beacham) entered into
an agreement in terms of which Beget granted Beacham options to acquire up to
200-million Beget shares.
Shareholders are hereby advised that Beacham has exercised its options dated 31
August 2006 to acquire 40,000,000 shares at 6 cents per share.
