DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - SALIENT DATES
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard
to a possible quarterly distribution by Satrix 40 to holders of Satrix 40
securities.
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Thursday, 21 September 2006
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Friday, 22 September 2006
Record date: Friday, 29 September 2006
No de-materialisation or re-materialisation may take place between Friday,
22 September 2006 and Friday, 29 September 2006, both days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) will be made within 14
business days after the record date.
