Amendment to the Ground Rule Change Announcement
With reference to the announcement released on SENS earlier today, please
note the following: -
The last paragraph of the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series Ground Rule Change
announcement read:
"As a result of this rule change, please note that SXR Uranium will be
removed from the indices on the 06th of September 2006, in line with the
quarterly changes to the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series."
This paragraph should have read
"As a result of this rule change, please note that SXR Uranium will be
removed from the indices on the 18th of September 2006, in line with the
quarterly changes to the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series"
