DECLARED FINAL CASH DISTRIBUTION OUT OF SHARE PREMIUM ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE
BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("BVTIDA")
With reference to the final distribution out of share premium announcement, the
Directors of The Bidvest Group Limited have declared a final distribution of
240.25 cents per ordinary linked unit payable on Monday, 2 October 2006 to
ordinary linked unit holders recorded in the books of the company at the close
of business on Friday, 29 September 2006.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, BVTIDA,
will receive a Bidvest Group Limited final distribution out of share premium of
240.25 cents per security on Monday, 2 October 2006 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the final distribution) in order to
participate in the final distribution will be Thursday, 21 September 2006.
BVTIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the final
distribution from the commencement of business on Friday, 22 September 2006, and
the record date will be Friday, 29 September 2006.
