required to be disclosed under the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) Listing
Rules, the Listing Rules and Disclosure Rules of the United Kingdom Listing
Authority, the Australian Corporations Act, the United Kingdom Companies
Act and the Group"s Securities Dealing Code.
