DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RCH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RICHEMONT SECURITIES
AG and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RICHEMONT
SECURITIES AG (RCH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
net dividend amount of 54.254 cents.
This dividend is paid jointly by Richemont SA, Luxembourg which will pay 51.227
cents and Compagnie Financiere Richmont SA (CFR) which will pay the 4.657 cents.
The CFR dividend is subject to 35 percent Swiss witholding tax resulting in a
dividend of 3.027 cents. The net total dividend amount of 54.254 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Friday, 29 September 2006.
The exchange rate applicable is ZAR 9.3140: EURO 1.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 15 September 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 18 September 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 22 September 2006.
