CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SHF SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for
STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the
capital reduction declaration relating to STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS
LIMITED (SHF) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
capital reduction amount of 37.5 cents per share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 13 November 2006.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 3 November 2006.
The share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from
Monday, 6 November 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 10 November
2006.
