MEDIA RELEASE
ERP.com wishes to correct a statement issued by the Minister of Labour
Listing ERP.com amongst 1,296 companies who have failed to submit
employment equity reports for 2005 to the South African Department of
Labour.
ERP.com believes the Minister has been misinformed and has incorrectly
included the Group in his list of defaulting companies.
ERP.com has completed all regulatory filings required by the Department of
Labour and takes pride in its full and ongoing compliance with the
Department"s requirements.
ERP.com has letters from the Department of Labour confirming receipt of all
of its employment equity reports by the Department.
