CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
board of directors of ERM hereby notifies its shareholders of the following
changes which have taken place effective 12 September 2006:
- Mr DD Golan has resigned as Chairman;
- Mr BL Gruzd, currently an independent non-executive director, will assume
the role of Chairman; and
- Mr E Gerber has been appointed as a non-executive director.
- Mr Gerber, who has extensive financial and operational experience in
property and real estate, will serve on both the Investment and Audit sub-
committees of the board of directors of ERM.
